We regret to announce that the 9th Edition of the Lagos Comic Convention has been postponed. It will now hold 20-21 November 2020. Venue remains DeRock Film Hub, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.

Aside from the date, all other factors of our schedule remain the same. For instance, if you were to speak in or attend a session for Friday 18 or Saturday 19 September by 1pm, it will be on Friday 20 or Saturday 21 November by 1pm still.

In trying to pull all stops and turn all the stones to present a perfect Convention, we realized that the efforts to provide the required technicalities and logistics needed for a Comic Con during a pandemic would take more time and resources than we presently have in our hands.
We also want to make sure we guarantee the safety of our guests and speakers while strictly adhering to the regulations of the authorities regarding social gathering in these times.
This will give everyone a comfortable environment to interact and network, being part of our core objectives for Lagos Comic Convention.
In late November, we will be fully ready to deliver all of the above, plus, restrictions on social gatherings by the authorities are likely to have eased even further, hence a happy Con for all.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this might have caused and urge all of our guests, speakers, partners, exhibitors, fans and collaborators to see this as borne from our irrevocable desire to give nothing but the best Lagos Comic Con to everyone, and nothing else.
